Monitoring of Further Education of Pedagogical Staff
The main aim of the NIFE is to prepare a systematic coordinated system of monitoring of further education of pedagogical staff (FEPP). Primarilly it concerns analysing the current state of FEPP, making prognoses about future development and making proposals for assuring its efectiveness and improving its quality.
Nowadays, some institutions devote resources to monitoring of FEPP, but mostly it is about only case studies realized for example within the framework of quick inquiries project which does not represent any integral monitoring, it concerns rather partial introduction into the problems of FEPP system.
Nowadays, the NIFE prepares an integral concept of monitoring of FEPP primarily aimed at educational needs of teachers. On the basis of the findings NIFE will broaden and improve the quality of our programme offer.
