National project Coordinator
According to principles of Framework educational programme for basic education (FEP BE) the school itself will be responsible for creating its own school – based curriculum for basic education (SBC BE). After 1st September 2005 it is possible to teach according to it´s own curriculum. By 1st September 2007 schools will owe the duty to start to learn according to SBC BE, concretely in the 1st class and 6th class of basic school and in corresponding classes of 8 year secondary general schools. The main aim of Framework educational programmes is to reform the basic education – i.e. enhance quality and push new trends in the educational process.
National project Coordinator focuses on providing a methodological support for all educationist of comprehensive schools providing basic education
The project is intended to help in the creation of school – based curriculum for basic education (SBC BE), thus aid in introducing FEP BE. Target group of the project consists of all comprehensive school in the Czech Republic excepting schools in the City of Prague.
Project Coordinator offers to schools
- Training of coordinators for creation SBC BE. Project leavers will become certified coordinators for creating educational programmes in their school.
- Events to order: Seminars prepared according to specific needs of a school. Schools can order seminar according their own needs making choise of the project offer.
- Counselling within the scope of the activity Help to schools. Schools keep at their disposal certified counsellor, employee of the NIFE who provide methodical support in solving difficult problems arising in the process of creating the SBC BE (telephone counsels, Internet counselling centre, eventually face to face counselling or counselling in schools).
- Relevant educational documents and methodological materials which will be distributed to every one schools involved in the project.
